About Barry

Barry is a capybara from Ty's own cast of characters rather than a licensed one, which means Barry is only available through the Ty range. Every Ty character carries its own name on the swing tag, and collectors tend to hunt for specific ones rather than buying at random.

Choosing the right size

Beanie Bouncers sit apart from the rest of the Ty range because they are built for active play. They are around 10cm across, roughly palm-sized, and the rubber core means they need a bit of open space. For a child who wants something purely to cuddle, a regular Beanie Boo is the better fit.

Care instructions

Surface wash only: wipe gently with a damp cloth and mild detergent, then allow to air dry. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the fabric and the eyes.

About Ty

Ty has been making collectible plush since 1986 and remains one of the few toy brands children recognise by the tag alone.
