The Schleich Collectible Foal Ruby is a hand-painted Horse Club figurine and one of the seven foals that make up Series 2. She stands around 7 cm tall, sized for small hands and finished carefully enough to sit alongside the rest of a Schleich collection.

Meet Ruby, the curious one

Ruby has to investigate everything. A flower gets a gentle nudge from her nose, a butterfly goes up in a startled flutter, and off she skips across the meadow, popping over every obstacle in her path as though the whole field were a practice course. There may be a show jumper in there somewhere. For now, she is quite happy playing with the rest of the foals.

Her light, springy stance suits the character, and the hand-painted detailing carries right down to the muzzle and hooves.

Collect all seven Series 2 foals

The Series 2 herd is made up of Ragnar, Ravi, Ruby, Rocky, Reina, Rosie and Rusty, and the story on every pack is the same: this lot are inseparable. Each foal comes with the same collector's poster showing all seven together, so children can tick off the ones they own and see which are still missing. Ruby is the curious explorer with a jumper's stride and works just as well on his own as she does lined up with the rest of the group.
