LEGO® Star Wars™ - Boba Fett™ 75455

The LEGO Star Wars Boba Fett (75455) is a 1,544-piece buildable statue of the bounty hunter as he appears in Return of the Jedi, standing roughly 41 cm tall when complete. It is an 18+ adult display set and part of the large-scale Star Wars character range that also includes C-3PO and the K-2SO Security Droid.

Armour and equipment

The build reproduces Boba Fett's armour in the vivid green and red of the Return of the Jedi costume, at a scale that lets the colour blocking read properly from across a room. His helmet includes a rangefinder that swivels, and the jetpack is built out in full on his back.

A fabric cape drapes over one shoulder rather than being brick-built, which keeps the silhouette closer to the film costume. He carries his blaster in hand.

Posing and display

The legs are fixed to the base, as with most statues at this scale, but the head, arms and hands all adjust. That is enough movement to change the character of the pose between something watchful and something more aggressive.

The included minifigure is worth noting on its own: this Return of the Jedi version was absent from both 75396 Desert Skiff and Sarlacc Pit and 75397 Jabba's Sail Barge.

Assembly and display notes

The statue is front-heavy once the jetpack is fitted, so keep it on a level surface rather than a sloped shelf. The fabric cape can be gently steamed flat if it creases in the box, but avoid direct heat on the surrounding elements.
