Nurturing Play, Practical Skills

Caring for a baby doll helps children practise empathy, responsibility and gentle handling. Fastening and unfastening nappies also builds fine motor skills and independence, the same skills children need for dressing themselves. It is especially lovely for children preparing for a new sibling, giving them a way to copy what they see at home. Keeping a spare nappy in the doll's bag makes outings feel even more real.

Perfect For

The Baby Pomea nappy set makes a thoughtful gift for birthdays, Christmas and children preparing to welcome a new baby sibling. It suits kids who love caring for dolls and teddies, and pairs beautifully with prams, cots and doll clothing to build a complete nurturing play set. Grandparents often choose doll accessories as gifts that encourage gentle, caring play.
