This set designed by Nathalie Novi is an oil pastel set that invites children to discover the style of Edgar Degas, the great master of Impressionist. Children gradually add colours and superimpose them to create shadows and light in the folds of the fabrics. The ballerinas then come to life.

Edgar Degas (30 March 1853 – 29 July 1890) was an impressionist painter who was widely celebrated for his images of Parisian life and painting dancers.
