The foiling technique is the clever part

There's no glue and no mess. Colour codes printed on each disc show which areas to foil; peel back the covering to expose the pre-glued surface, lay a foil sheet over it, and the metal transfers exactly where it belongs and nowhere else. Children get a professional-looking metallic finish on the first attempt, which is not something most craft kits at this age can promise.
