Sensory Art for Little Hands

Finger painting is about much more than the final picture. Feeling the paint, mixing colours and making marks builds sensory awareness, hand strength and early pre-writing skills. Children also learn about cause and effect as colours blend. Lay down some newspaper, pop on an old shirt and let creativity flow. Wash hands and surfaces with warm soapy water once the masterpiece is done.

Perfect For

This finger paint set makes a wonderful birthday or Christmas gift for budding artists, and a great addition to a home art station. It suits kids who love painting, drawing and experimenting with colour. Pair it with sketch paper, an apron and a few Djeco stickers or notebooks for a complete creative gift that will inspire many afternoons of making.
