Catan: Cities & Knights (6th Edition) transforms your Catan base game into a deeper, more strategic experience. What's new in this expansion:

- Knights — Recruit, activate and promote knights to defend Catan from barbarian invasions. Fail to defend, and the barbarians will pillage your greatest cities!
- City improvements — Upgrade your cities with trade, politics and science improvements using three new commodities: cloth, coin and paper.
- Progress cards — Replace standard development cards with powerful progress cards that open up new tactical plays every turn.
- Metropolises — Race to build one of Catan's three metropolises for a major victory point boost.
- The barbarian invasion — A shared threat that forces players to cooperate on defence while competing for victory, adding real tension to every game.
- 6th Edition refresh — Updated artwork and components that match the current 6th Edition Catan base game.

Cities & Knights is the expansion of choice for players who want more strategy, more interaction and more drama in their Catan nights. Games play to 13 victory points, rewarding long-term planning and bold defence of the island.

Please note: This is an expansion. A copy of the Catan base game (6th Edition recommended) is required to play. Combine with the Catan 5-6 Player Extension to play with up to six players.
