ARK Therapeutic - Baby Guitar Oral Motor Chew

The ARK Therapeutic Baby Guitar is designed to help parents and therapists support babies in the early stages of oral development. It can be used to encourage sensory exploration and biting and chewing skills.

Place the loop between the front of the baby's mouth, or position the stem between the molar area, and guide the jaw up and down to close. According to ARK, this oral motor activity can help strengthen the mouth muscles and prepare them for speech and feeding skills later on.

The Baby Guitar features bumps and ridges along the stem that resemble the strings and knobs of a real guitar while providing additional sensory input. Its guitar-shaped design provides sensory input for early oral exploration, teething babies and sensory-seeking toddlers.

Two Firmness Levels

The ARK Baby Guitar is available in two colour-coded firmness levels:

• Soft: Soft and chewy with plenty of give and flexibility, designed to be gentle on the gums. Available in Red, Magenta and Dark Blue.
• Firm: Firmer while remaining chewy and pliable, providing more resistance to the jaw. Available in Lime Green, Teal and Hot Pink.
