ARK proSqueezer Lip, Tongue & Jaw Exerciser - Oral Motor Tool

This jaw, lip and tongue exerciser is an oral motor tool designed to build biting skills, lip closure and tongue elevation through simple resistance exercises. The ARK proSqueezer has a V shape that provides resistance as it is squeezed, so the same tool can target several muscle groups depending on how it is positioned.

The proSqueezer was invented by speech-language pathologist Angeliki Xygka and developed by ARK Therapeutic, and it is a staple in many oral motor therapy kits.

Three Levels of Resistance

Choose an individual resistance level or the full set to progress over time. Begin with magenta, move to yellow, and finish with orange, which provides the most resistance.

Versatile Oral Motor Exercises

For biting and jaw strength, the proSqueezer is placed between the premolars on one side and squeezed. For lip closure, it is held between the lips. For tongue elevation, the V section is placed partly inside the mouth and the individual lifts the tool using only the tip of the tongue, without help from the jaw. Your therapist can show you the right technique and repetitions for each goal.
