ARK Therapeutic - proBarbell™ Lip Closure & Strength Tool - Lime Green Heavier

The ARK proBarbell™ in Lime Green provides the heavier level of weighted resistance for oral motor exercises targeting lip closure, lip strength and endurance.

Designed as the more challenging of ARK's two proBarbell levels, the Lime Green version is used to progress the exercise once the lighter Dark Blue proBarbell can be managed appropriately.

Heavier Resistance for Progression

The Lime Green proBarbell has weighted ends equivalent to approximately two quarters on each end, providing more weight than the Dark Blue version.

To use the proBarbell, the flat centre section is positioned between the lips and held in place using the lips only — not the teeth. The additional weight increases the difficulty of exercises targeting lip closure, strength and endurance.

The Next proBarbell Level

ARK recommends starting with the lighter Dark Blue proBarbell before progressing to the Lime Green version. The Lime Green proBarbell provides the heavier level for users who are ready for increased resistance.
