Need an invoice before payment? No problem.

Discount Toy Co. can provide Tax Invoices for approved businesses, schools, childcare centres, government departments, not-for-profit organisations, and other approved organisations that require an invoice to be processed through their accounts department prior to payment.

How to Place an Order for Payment by Invoice

  1. Add your items to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  2. Select Bank Deposit as your payment method.

  3. Complete your order and submit it.

  4. You will receive an order confirmation email.

  5. Reply to the order confirmation email requesting a Tax Invoice for your accounts department.

  6. A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you.

  7. Forward the Tax Invoice to your accounts department for payment.

  8. Once payment has been received, your order will be packed and dispatched.

Important Information

  • Orders are dispatched once payment has been received in full. Payment terms are strictly payment prior to dispatch.

  • Please ensure your organisation name, purchase order number (if applicable), and billing details are entered correctly at checkout.

  • Tax Invoices can be issued to businesses, schools, childcare centres, government departments, community organisations, and approved corporate customers.

  • Stock availability is subject to change until payment has been received.

  • If you require a formal quotation prior to placing your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

  • Large, bulky, or high-volume orders may incur additional freight charges. Where applicable, these charges will be calculated and added to your Tax Invoice before it is issued. We will contact you if any additional shipping charges apply prior to processing your order.

Purchase Orders

If your organisation requires a Purchase Order (PO) to accompany payment, please include the PO number when you check out or alternatively when requesting your Tax Invoice.
