Because of its mainly black fur, you can tell right away that this Indri comes from the north of Madagascar. That’s because its cousins, who live further south of the island, tend to be white in colour. But they all have thick fur and cute, round, shining eyes.
They can be heard up to two kilometres away. They enjoy singing. They also use songs to mark their territory and communicate with each other.
Dimensions: 5 x 5 x 5.5 cm approx.
