Discount Toy Co. uses both Australia Post e-Parcel and Fastway Couriers for our deliveries, depending on your delivery location and the size of your parcel.

  • Standard Delivery: Discount Toy Co offers a flat rate shipping of $9.95 per order Australia wide- no matter how big or small your order may be!
  • Express Delivery: Express post is also available at a flat rate of $16.95 per parcel Australia wide for orders under 5kg only. Items which exceed the 5kg limit cannot be express posted. If your order is made up of a combination of items, which together exceed the 5kg weight limit, you will have the option to send your order in 2 separate parcel. If your parcel exceeds the 5kg limit, and you have chosen the express post option, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know. If your parcele xceeds the 5Kg weight restriction Discount Toy Co will contact you to notify you and you have the option to ship the parcel as standard post. If Discount Toy Co is unable to contact you and we have not received any communication from you within 24 hours we will automatically change the shipping method to standard delivery. In such cases Discount Toy Co will not be liable for late delivery of the parcel.
  • Express Delivery Cut off time is 10am, for same day dispatch.  If your order is placed after 10am, please phone us an we will do our best to accomodate your order.  If for any reason we are unable to despatch your order, we will contact you immediately.  Please note that  we cannot guarantee same day dispatch in November and December. 
  • All orders require a signature on receipt of your parcel, unless the buyer has given written authority to leave the parcel in a secure location. If written authority to leave is given, Discount Toy Co will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost or stolen.
  • To avoid delays in delivery, please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel.  If your order was shipped with Australia Post and no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office. You will receive a collection card in your mail box informing you of how and where to collect your parcel. If your order was shipped with Fastway Couriers and no one is available to sign for the parcel, you will receive a calling card in your mail box with your courier's contact number, for you to call and arrange a time for redelivery of your parcel.

While make every effort to despatch all orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that your parcel will definately arrive within this time frame. Please allow extra time for despatch and delivery during peak seasons such as Christmas.

Order Tracking.

  • All orders have a tracking number, which  will be emailed to you shortly after your parcel has been despatched. This tracking number may be used to track the delivery status of your parcel. 
  • If your order was shipped with Australia post, please visit www.austpost.com.au to track your parcel. 
  • If your order was shipped with Fastway Couriers, please visit www.fastway.com.au to track your parcel. 
  • Please note: It is the responsibility of the buyer to track their parcel. Any undeliverable parcel will be subject to the terms and conditions under our Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address policy.
Wrong Address & Undeliverable Address
 
  • If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided for your order and the parcel is returned to us, the buyer is responsible for the return & reshipping fees. If your parcel is returned as undeliverable, a $10.95 return fee will apply, and as well as a reshipping fee of $9.95. The buyer alternatively may choose to get a refund, in which case we will refund the purchase price LESS shipping fees charged to us by the courier company. For example if you paid $9.95 for shipping however we have been charged $12.95 by the courier company, Discount Toy Co will deduct $12.95 from the purchase price.
  • If the buyer notifies us of an incorrect delivery address, Discount Toy Co will make every effort to amend the address if the parcel has not already been despatched. If your order has left our warehouse we will make every effort to redirect your parcel however no guarantee is given that we will be able to do so. In the case where the parcel is returned to us the point (i) above will apply in regards to reshipping or receiving a refund.
  • If the buyer has provided a wrong address and the order is not returned to us and we are unable to locate your parcel, then Discount Toy Co is not responsible for anything.
  • In the case where the courier company has attempted delivery and a calling card left, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact the courier company and arrange for redelivery at an appropriate time. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us. In the case where the parcel is returned to us point (i) above will apply.
Lost & Damaged Parcels
 
  • Discount Toy Co. will not be held responsible or liable for any parcels that are lost in the post, or that are damaged in the post.  Postage insurance is available for purchase on our website at a cost of $2.00 per $100 of goods that you wish to insure- simply type 'insurance' into the search bar at the top of your screen and add your desired amount of insurance to the cart.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to add postage insurance to their cart, if they wish to ensure their parcel against damage or loss.

Click & Collect.

  • You may choose to save on postage and collect your order from our collection point. Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option as you proceed through the checkout, when placing your order.
  • Click & Collect: Orders placed online can be collected from:

    1. Prohealth Pharmacy- Shop 2/2 Booralie Rd, Terrey Hills, NSW, 2084. Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option as you proceed through the checkout, when placing your order. There is $5 delivery charge for 'Click & Collect' orders.  The opening hours for collection are: Monday- Friday 8.30 - 6.30, Saturday 8.30 - 5.30, Sundays & Public Holidays- Closed.

    2. Discount Toy Co Warehouse- Unit 2, 53 Sailsbury Road, Asquith, NSW, 2077. Simply choose the 'Click & Collect' option as you proceed through the checkout. There is no delivery charge for 'Click & Collect' orders.  The opening hours for collection are: Monday- Friday 9:00am-5.30pm, 

    Saturday, Sundays & Public Holidays- Closed.

  • Orders will generally be available for collection from the warehouse in 1-3 business days And 3-7 business days from the pharmacy. Please contact us if your order is urgent and we will do our best to make sure it is available for your collection as soon as possible.
  • You will be notified by email or text message when your order is ready for collection.
  • A copy of your order confirmation will be required to collect your order.
